Ho-Chunk, Inc. (HCI), Winnebago, Nebraska is the economic development corporation owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. In an effort to be responsive to the needs of the Tribe and the community, HCI has commissioned an annual survey by Blue Earth of Tribal members to determine their perceptions of the company and its progress. The combination of personal interviews and written surveys has produced a detailed cross-tabulation and analysis report each year to help assist HCI to better serve the Winnebago people.
